About the Role

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to join our team in Barcelona3. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and chats in English related to sound equipment. Your goal: identify issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

• Contract: 4 months (with a 1-month trial) and the possibility of extension or permanent employment
• Salary: €21,900 gross per year (12 instalments, language bonus included)
• Hours: 39 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00–18:00 (alternate weekends)
• Location: Office-based in Barcelona
